- Friday 2/15 – Membership meeting, not on the 22nd as published.
- Saturday 2/16 – Harley anniversary and cook-off party. NO membership drive at this one?
- Saturday 2/23 – Jessica Lunsford memorial run. We want to join with Nature Coast for this ride. NOT an ABATE event, just plan the ride. Missy will contact Karen to coordinate.
- Plan for a Valentines day “sweetheart run for 2009.
March:
- Saturday 3/8 2:00 PM Bike Week – Meet at Iron Horse bus.
- Saturday 3/15 - Diva’s Cruz-in run…participate.
- Saturday 3/29 – Fund raiser run (replaces Greybeard). Barbs to do Flyer, Steve to plan run. Flyer & insurance check to me by 2/23.
April:
- 4/12 thru 14 Freedom Rally. Capri? Rent entire hotel in advance. Get names and money next meeting. I don’ remember who’s heading this up.
- Friday 4/18 7:00 PM – Membership meeting at the Jug.
- 4/18 thru 4/20 – Member Appreciation party.
- Campground is paid and reserved
- $10 admission, $15 extra for RVs, $5 per plate food, Johnny’s cookin.
- GET THE WORD OUT ASAP
- We need entertainment – get at least one band.
- Need flyer and insurance check by 3/10.
- We need to get together again for planning?
- Work with Divas, Honey Bunny run Saturday 4/19.
May:
- Saturday 5/3 – Harley Hog Roast membership drive
- I will contact Harley and reserve spot. We need mucho participation here.
- Saturday 5/24 – Got Crabs? Run. Flyer and check needed by 4/15.
- Saturday 5/24 – City of Alachua celebration. We want to get involved.
June:
- Saturday 6/21 – Out & In party at Kim & Mark’s place.
July:
- I was missing the July page and have no notes…Help!
August:
- Saturday 8/16 – End of Summer fundraiser ride, no real plans yet but we need to get one. Flyer and insurance check needed by 6/14.
September:
- Saturday 9/13 – Anniversary Run. No plans yet. Flyer and check needed by 8/11.
October:
- Friday 10/24 – new meeting date due to conflict with Biketoberfest.
November:
- Tuesday 11/11 – Palatka bridge walk for Vets. Let’s get together for this.
- Thursday 11/20 – New BOD meeting date due to Thanksgiving conflict.
December:
- Tuesday 12/23 – New BOD meeting date due to conflict with Christmas.
